We do not store complete payment card information on our servers. We may receive limited information from Stripe, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, and basic billing details (e.g., billing ZIP/postal code), which we use for billing, accounting, and customer support.

User Content. We collect documents, text, data, and other materials you upload, submit, or provide through the Service, including:

  • Documents uploaded for analysis
  • Text entered into search queries or prompts
  • Data pasted or imported into the Service
  • Feedback, comments, or support communications

When we use third-party AI or machine-learning service providers to process User Content and generate Outputs, we instruct those providers to process the data only to provide the Service and not to use it to train their general-purpose models, to the extent supported by their services and our agreements.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances.

3.1 Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

  • User Content. We retain User Content while your account is active. After account termination, we will delete User Content within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. If you request an export of your data, we may provide it within a reasonable period if technically feasible.
  • Usage Data. We may retain de-identified usage data for analytics and improvement purposes.
  • Legal Obligations. We may retain certain information as required by law, regulation, or legal process.

  • Marketing Communications. You can opt out of marketing communications by clicking "unsubscribe" in our emails. You will still receive service-related and transactional messages.
  • Do Not Track. Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact info@lexdana.ai and we will delete it.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA/CPRA"), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing, subject to exceptions.
