About LexDana

Wise in law.
Built to remember.

LexDana is the legal memory layer for high-stakes patent disputes — built by the team behind the patent rankings used across the patent bar for over a decade.

The team.

For more than a decade, we’ve been building the data layer underneath IP litigation. The Patexia rankings — covering patent litigation, ANDA, PTAB, ITC, CAFC, patent prosecution, and trademark prosecution — are used across the patent bar to track who’s representing whom, where, and with what outcomes.

LexDana is what our team is building next: turning that corpus into a memory layer that holds every position, citation, and ruling across forums and time.

We work closely with top patent litigators across the AmLaw 100. The full team and design partners will be named at launch.

The name.

LexDana — pronounced “leks-DAH-nah.” A small idea, but the one we organized the company around.

Lex — from the Latin word for law.

Dana — a Persian word meaning knowledgeable, wise, or insightful.

Together — “wise in law.” A nod to memory, and the kind of knowledge that compounds across matters.
