The patent or application file contains at least one drawing executed in color. Copies of this patent or patent application publication with color drawing(s) will be provided by the Office upon request and payment of the necessary fee.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence for a display screen or a portion thereof with a graphical user interface, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view of a fourth image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view of a fifth image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front view of a sixth image thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a front view of a seventh image thereof.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through 7 . The subject matter of this patent includes a process or period in which an image changes into another image. This process or period forms no part of the claimed design. Applicant reserves the right to claim ornamental design for an individual image, that is, for a display screen or a portion thereof with a graphical user interface, as shown in FIGS. 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , or 7 .

The broken line drawing of the portion of the display screen and text/words shown in FIGS. 1 through 7 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
