The appearance of the animated image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 - 5 . The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The electronic device with graphical user interface and animated graphical user interface may be, for example, a computer with displaying function. The graphical user interface or animated graphical user interface may be used for making electronic payments and for displaying electronic banking and payment information, for example, balance details, payment amounts, interest payments, payment history, etc.
