Portable display device with animated graphical user interface

This application is a Continuation application of and claims priority to U.S. Design Patent application Ser. No. 29/353,307, filed Jan. 6, 2010 and U.S. Patent application Ser. The appearance of the image transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through 6 , respectively. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.
