FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a padlock jacket showing our new design;

The new and ornamental design of the padlock jacket is the exposed part of the padlock and does not include the shackle ( FIGS. 1 , 3 and 4 ), the key hole cover, U-shaped tabs and arcuate injection mold gate tabs in the base of the padlock jacket (all in FIG. 6 ). The shackle, the key hole cover, the U-shaped tabs, and the arcuate injection mold gate tabs are shown in broken line or phantom in the drawings and are not part of the design.
