The characteristic feature of the ornamental design resides in the configuration of the body of the hanger bracket. One embodiment of the ornamental design is shown in FIGS. 1-6. Another embodiment of the ornamental design is shown in FIGS. 7-12.

Those portions of the hanger bracket in broken lines, specifically the surfaces of the hanger bracket that extend back from the body of the hanger bracket from the top and bottom edges of the hanger bracket and the raised pattern and openings in the body are for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
