FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment which is essentially identical to the first embodiment but for a spacer and truncated escutcheon. The spacer has identical front and rear views;

FIG. 7 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of a third embodiment which is essentially identical to the second embodiment but for a decorative space. The spacer has an identical front and rear view. The rear elevational view of this embodiment is a mirror image of the front view;
